WAC 132S-700-010. State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

It is the policy of Community College District No. 19 that capital projects proposed and developed by the district shall be accomplished in compliance with chapter 43-21C RCW, the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA); and in accordance with chapter 197-11 WAC and all subsequent amendments thereto, and  WAC 131-24-030 . In compliance with chapter 197-11 WAC, the president, or a duly appointed administrator designee, shall be the responsible official for implementing this policy.
