WAC 388-818-0210. What conditions must be met for a client to receive purchased telecommunication equipment?

For a client to receive purchased telecommunications equipment, these two conditions must be met: (1) TAS must receive full payment before an eligible client receives telecommunications equipment; and (2) The applicant or the applicant's parent/legal guardian must provide a signed "Statement of Rights and Responsibilities" form to TAS upon receiving the equipment.
