WAC 388-825A-0100. How does DDA determine the length of a provider's certification?

When determining the length of a provider's certification, DDA considers the following: (1) Whether it is a provider's first evaluation for initial certification; (2) Number of citations received during certification evaluations or other DDA reviews; (3) Category of citations issued; and (4) Whether a repeat citation is issued.
