WAC 388-825-375. When will the department deny payment for services?

(1) The department will deny payment to the consumer-directed employer under WAC 388-115-05415 . (2) The department will deny payment to a home care agency provider under WAC 388-71-05415 . (3) Under RCW 74.39A.326 , the department will deny payment for the services of a home care agency providing respite or personal care if the provider is your family member unless: (a) You are an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe; or (b) You reside in the household of an enrolled member of a federally recognized Indian tribe.
