WAC 388-826-0720. What does DDA pay a group care facility for medically fragile children that is providing services to a client?

(1) To support a client receiving services in a group care facility for medically fragile children, DDA pays the provider a DDA-established, per-person, monthly rate. (2) Program services must not replace or duplicate services or benefits available through private insurance, medicare, or the medicaid state plan. (3) Program services must not replace or duplicate education and related services available through a state or local education agency.
