WAC 388-828-5200. When is a collateral contact a backup caregiver?

A collateral contact is only a backup caregiver when: (1) He or she has been identified as an informal caregiver; and (2) He or she is available to provide assistance as an informal caregiver when other caregivers are unavailable.
