WAC 388-829A-060. Who may not be contracted as an alternative living provider?

DDA does not contract with the following to deliver services as an alternative living provider: (1) The client's spouse; (2) The client's court-appointed legal representative; or (3) The client's natural, stepparent, or adoptive parent, unless the parent is contracted as an agency, or is employed by an agency.
