WAC 388-829C-066. How must the companion home provider participate in the certification evaluation process?

The companion home provider must participate in the certification evaluation process with DDA staff and DDA-contracted evaluators by: (1) Allowing scheduled and unscheduled home visits; (2) Providing information and documentation as requested; (3) Cooperating in setting up appointments; (4) Responding to questions or issues identified; and (5) Participating in an exit conference.
