WAC 388-829Z-070. What are a client's notice and appeal rights?

(1) A client has a right to appeal a termination under WAC 388-829Z-065 (2)(a). (2) A client does not have a right to appeal termination of emergency transitional support services if the basis for termination is a lack of funding or provider decertification.
