WAC 388-832-0136. How do I receive reimbursement for a purchase under the state-funded IFS program?

To receive reimbursement for a purchase under the state-funded individual and family services (IFS) program, you must: (1) Have a family support reimbursement contract with the developmental disabilities administration (DDA); (2) Obtain prior approval for the purchase from your DDA regional administrator or designee; (3) Submit the receipt to your case manager on whichever date is earlier: (a) No more than ninety days after the date of purchase; or (b) No more than thirty days after the end of your plan year.
