WAC 388-833-0020. How long may a client receive support from a provider of intensive habilitation services?

(1) The client may receive services from an IHS provider for a maximum of 90 consecutive days per admission. (2) Length of admission is based on the client's progress toward their family-identified goals. (3) Upon discharge from the intensive habilitation services program, the legally responsible entity – parent, legal representative, or primary caregiver – must resume care for the client.
