WAC 388-842-0215. What must DCYF pay when a client is in the RHDY program?

When a client is in the RHDY program, DCYF must pay for the client's: (1) Basic expenses (including maintenance) and supervision. (2) Essential daily living expenses, which includes hygiene products, clothing, school-related expenses, and other personal care items. These items are categorized as essential because they are critical for the daily care, health, and wellbeing of the youth, and reflect expenses that would ordinarily be covered by a parent or guardian in a home environment.
