WAC 388-845-1182. Who may be a qualified provider of occupational therapy?

A qualified provider of occupational therapy must: (1) Be licensed, registered, and certified as required by law; (2) Be contracted with the developmental disabilities administration to provide occupational therapy; and (3) Have a core provider agreement with the health care authority.
