WAC 388-845-1317. Are there limits to physical therapy?

(1) Physical therapy is limited to: (a) Waiver participants age twenty-one and older; (b) Services identified in your developmental disabilities administration (DDA) assessment and documented in your person-centered service plan; (c) The dollar amounts for aggregate services in your basic plus waiver or the dollar amounts in the annual allocation for the individual and family services waiver; and (d) An amount determined by DDA based on your needs and information from your treating professional. (2) DDA may require a second opinion from a DDA-selected provider.
