State-operated community residential transitions (SOCR-T) is a provider of voluntary, short-term transition support services for clients of the developmental disabilities administration who have been found not competent to stand trial and not likely restorable under RCW 10.77.084 due to a diagnosis of intellectual or developmental disability.
