WAC 388-880-020. Authorization for indefinite commitment to the sex offender specific treatment program

A person must be admitted to the custody of the department when, under RCW 71.09.060 , a court or jury determines, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the person is a sexually violent predator and commits the person for placement in a secure facility operated by the department for control, care, and treatment.
