WAC 388-891A-0206. Are there exceptions to rules in this chapter that DVR will not grant?

DVR will not grant an exception to the following rules in this chapter: (1) Rules requiring compliance with state or federal laws and regulations that DVR does not have the authority to change; (2) Rules describing the services and activities that DVR must not pay for or support, including WAC 388-891A-1101 and 388-891A-1186 ; and (3) WAC 388-891A-1060 , under which DVR must not provide extended services for an individual who does not meet the definition of a youth with a most significant disability in WAC 388-891A-0100 (19).
