WAC 388-891A-0925. Who develops an IPE?

(1) When DVR is operating under an order of selection each eligible individual whose case DVR has released from the waiting list for services or their representative may develop an IPE. (2) When DVR is not operating under an order of selection each eligible individual or their representative may develop an IPE.
