WAC 388-96-724. Advance notice—Nursing facility component rate reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421

(1) The department will notify the nursing facility at least twenty-eight calendar days in advance of the effective date of a reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421 . (2) A rate reduction taken under RCW 74.46.421 will be effective the first day of the month following the twenty-eight calendar day advance notice.
