WAC 388-97-2220. Location of the resident care unit

The nursing home must ensure that: (1) Each resident care unit is located to minimize through traffic to any general service, diagnostic, treatment, or administrative area; and (2) In new construction, the resident care unit, and the services to support resident care and nursing needs, are designed to serve a maximum of sixty beds on the same floor.
