WAC 388-97-2380. Janitors closets on resident care units

(1) The nursing home must have a janitor's closet with a service sink and adequate storage space for housekeeping equipment and supplies convenient to each resident unit. (2) In new construction a janitor's closet must meet the ventilation requirements of Table 6, in WAC 388-97-4040 .
