WAC 388-97-2420. Capacity of resident rooms

(1) The nursing home must ensure that any resident bedroom has: (a) No more than two beds between any resident bed and exterior window wall; and (b) A maximum capacity of four beds. (2) In a new building, addition, or change of use to a resident bedroom the maximum capacity is two beds per room, for plans submitted after September 1, 1995.
