WAC 388-97-2560. Lockable storage space in a resident room

The nursing home must provide: (1) A lockable storage space accessible to each resident for storage of small personal items, upon request; and (2) In a new building or addition, a lockable cabinet space or drawer for storage of personal belongings for each resident bed, in addition to the bedside cabinet.
