WAC 388-97-3100. Outside lighting

The nursing home must ensure: (1) Lighting levels in parking lots and approaches to buildings are appropriate for resident and visitor convenience and safety; and (2) All outside areas where nursing home equipment and machinery are stored have proper lighting.
