WAC 388-97-3240. Safety—Poisons and nonmedical chemicals

The nursing home must ensure that poisons and nonmedicinal chemicals are stored in containers identified with warning labels. The containers must be stored: (1) In a separate locked storage when not in use by staff; and (2) Separate from drugs used for medicinal purposes.
