WAC 388-97-3800. Elevators in new construction

The nursing home must: (1) Ensure that all buildings having residential use areas or service areas that are not located on the main entrance floor, have an elevator; and (2) Have at least one elevator sized to accommodate a resident bed and attendant for each sixty beds on floors other than the main entrance floor.
