WAC 132U-52-010. Control of dogs

Dogs are not permitted in Whatcom Community College buildings or on college property except for: (1) Service animals under immediate control of their owners that are trained for the purpose of assisting or accommodating a person's sensory, mental, or physical disability; or (2) Dogs authorized by the chief student affairs officer (or designee) for educational purposes.
