WAC 392-115-125. SPI informs subrecipient of the results of review

The superintendent of public instruction shall inform the subrecipient, by letter, of: (1) The results of its review of the corrective action plan; (2) Any modification required to be made by the subrecipient; and (3) The implementation schedule of the corrective action plan.
