WAC 392-121-249. Definition — Accredited institution of higher education

As used in this chapter, "accredited institution of higher education" means an institution of higher education that has been accredited by a national or regional accrediting association recognized by the Washington student achievement council and the secretary of the U.S. Department of Education pursuant to WAC 250-61-050 .
