WAC 392-135-005. Purposes

The purposes of this chapter are to implement RCW 28A.335.160 (2) and 28A.225.250 and establish the conditions pursuant to which school districts may cooperate in interdistrict tuition-free educational programs, including but not limited to vocational and handicapped programs.
