WAC 392-172A-04060. Use of personnel

(1) School district or other public agency personnel may be made available to private schools and agencies only to the extent necessary to provide services required by the student if those services are not normally provided by the private school. (2) Each school district or other public agency providing services to students enrolled in private schools or agencies shall maintain continuing administrative control and direction over those services. (3) Services to private school students shall not include the payment of salaries of teachers or other employees of private schools or agencies, except for services performed outside regular hours of the school day and under public supervision and control.
