WAC 392-172A-06055. Records regarding migratory students eligible for special education services

The school district must cooperate in the secretary's efforts under 20 U.S.C. Section 6398 to ensure the linkage of records pertaining to migratory students eligible for special education services for the purpose of electronically exchanging, among the states, health and educational information regarding those students.
