WAC 392-185-120. State audit review

Any certified education center under contract with the superintendent of public instruction pursuant to chapter 28A.205 RCW and this chapter shall permit, without prior notice, a review of its records by the state auditor and/or the superintendent of public instruction during normal business hours.
