WAC 392-191A-040. Evaluation requirements

Local school districts must establish and implement on or before September 1, 2013, an evaluation program consisting of the following: (1) Evaluation criteria meeting the minimum standards specified in WAC 392-191-010 and 392-191-020 ; (2) Evaluation procedures meeting the minimum standards specified in this chapter; (3) Evaluation criteria and procedures as specified in RCW 28A.405.100 .
