WAC 392-202-003. Authority

The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.625.050 which authorizes the superintendent of public instruction to adopt rules relating to administration of a Washington award for excellence in education for teachers, principals, administrators, superintendents, school boards, and classified staff.
