WAC 392-202-125. Application—Superintendent

The superintendent shall submit a written application to the superintendent of public instruction within one year of receiving the award and shall expend the funds provided under the grant within one year after submission of the application. Such application shall include the educational purpose(s) toward which the grant shall be used.
