WAC 392-300-001. Purpose

Rules and regulations hereinafter set forth are established pursuant to RCW 28A.400.303 , 28A.400.306 , 28A.410.010 and chapter 126, Laws of 1996, SSB 6272, for the purpose of setting forth practices and procedures relating to access and review of record check information and databases.
