WAC 392-341-013. Waiver of rules to facilitate school seismic safety program projects

The superintendent of public instruction or their designee may waive provisions of chapters 392-341 through 392-347 WAC for school district projects approved for school seismic safety program funding under RCW 28A.525.320 . The superintendent of public instruction or their designee will notify school districts of requirements to be fulfilled under the provisions of chapters 392-341 through 392-347 WAC.
