WAC 392-341-055. Conditions applicable to district's authority to proceed

The authorization by the superintendent of public instruction pursuant to WAC 392-341-040 for the district to proceed for particular school facilities is subject to the conditions of WAC 392-344-107 . Therefore, districts receiving approval by the superintendent of public instruction pursuant to WAC 392-341-040 are on notice that until approval is granted pursuant to WAC 392-344-107 (i.e., the issuance of an appropriate SPI form by the superintendent of public instruction) the particular school facilities do not have secured funding status.
