WAC 392-343-420. Removal from instructional space inventory—Conversion

Instructional space shall be removed from the superintendent of public instruction's instructional space inventory sixty months after it has been converted from instructional use under the following conditions: (1) The facility is determined to be surplus to the needs of the district by the local school board; and (2) The school facility is not needed for instructional use by a neighboring district.
