WAC 392-344-035. Site

(1) The district shall provide the superintendent of public instruction with certification from the district board of directors that the site will not create or aggravate racial imbalance. (2) Review of the site by the superintendent of public instruction as required by chapter 392-342 WAC shall be completed prior to issuance of preliminary funding status.
