WAC 392-401-011. Scope and application

(1) This chapter applies to common school districts, charter public schools, and state-tribal education compact schools. (2) This chapter does not apply to students enrolled in an alternative learning experience and claimed for state funding pursuant to WAC 392-121-182 .
