WAC 392-501-360. Standard setting for all content areas for the collection of evidence

(1) The superintendent of public instruction will recommend cut scores for each content area to the state board of education for graduation purposes. (2) The state board of education shall have the responsibility of accepting or not accepting the recommended cut scores generated from the superintendent of public instruction's standard setting process, using an open and public process.
