WAC 415-104-115. Purpose and scope

The purpose of WAC 415-104-125 through 415-104-175 is to implement the provisions of RCW 41.26.135 to be followed by the department of retirement systems. These rules apply only to disability retirees over age fifty who seek a determination that their disability has ceased.
