WAC 415-104-135. Notice for hearing

A person aggrieved by: (1) The director's decision on review of the local board determination; or (2) The director's decision after review of the record on appeal must invoke the director's jurisdiction by filing a notice for hearing in accordance with RCW 41.26.211 and WAC 415-08-020 before they can appeal to the superior court. Such hearing shall be in accordance with RCW 41.26.221 .
