WAC 415-108-815. What is the minimum dollar limit used to determine a Plan 3 lump sum benefit payment?

(1) The minimum dollar limit under RCW 41.40.815 for determining if a lump sum payment may be received instead of a monthly benefit is increased to $119.41 as of March 1, 2002. (2) The limit established in subsection (1) of this section will be increased each January 1st by three percent beginning January 1, 2003.
