WAC 415-110-441. Purpose and scope of compensation earnable rules

WAC 415-110-443 through 415-110-488 codify the department's existing interpretation of statutes and existing administrative practice regarding classification of payments as compensation earnable in SERS Plan 2 and SERS Plan 3. The department has applied and will apply these rules to determine the proper characterization of payments occurring prior to the effective dates of these sections.
