WAC 415-501-370. How are the rights of participants and beneficiaries determined?

(1) The department has the authority to decide all issues concerning the rights of participants and beneficiaries under the plan. The department's determination is binding on the participant and beneficiaries. (2) A participant or beneficiary may file a petition for review under chapter 415-04 WAC or an application under WAC 415-08-015 (2) for review of a decision to deny an application for distribution pursuant to WAC 415-501-510 .
