WAC 434-112-030. Certificates

Certificates issued by the secretary of state or the secretary's designee in furtherance of duties under Titles 18 , 19 , 23 , 23B , 24 , 25 , 26 RCW and chapter 42.45 RCW will: (1) Contain a rendition of the Washington state seal; (2) Contain a mechanical or electronic reproduction of the secretary's signature; and (3) Be regarded as the secretary of state's official certification of the matters itemized in the certificate. (4) Types of certificates issued include, but are not limited to: (a) Certificate of existence; (b) Certificate of registration; (c) Certificate of fact or record; (d) Duplicate certificate of registration or formation.
