WAC 434-166-140. Host family housing requirements for students

(1) Each organization shall be responsible for placing the student with a host family which can provide housing which: (a) Furnishes separate private sleeping quarters for each sex; (b) A bed of his or her own; and (c) No more than four persons to a bedroom. (2) The host family's home, and household equipment shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, free of hazards, and in good repair. The home shall be accessible to other resources in the event of an emergency (e.g., telephone, emergency services, etc.).
